Booking Policy
Full payment must be made by card, cash, or bank transfer prior to booking confirmation.
The full session fee is due for late cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows. The first cancellation fee can be used for a subsequent rebooking when made at the time of cancellation and when used within a one-week period.
Telephone calls that extend beyond five minutes are considered as a treatment and will be charged at £5 per 5 minutes.
Before treatment commences, all new clients are to undertake a confidential health and wellness consultation in order for me to understand your needs and medical history.
