Home Visits - If clients are unable to travel for medical reasons a home visit can be arranged within a 5 mile radius, allowing you to have treatments in the comfort of your own home.

Health Insurance - You may be able to claim back money for treatments through your private health insurance if your policy allows. Please check your insurance policy wording to see if complimentary therapies are included as many policies do now include this.

Inclement Weather Policy - If a local weather advisory/warning has been issued or local schools have closed due to winter weather or extreme heat and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour notice window with no cancellation fee when used within 7 days. We kindly ask that you try to give as much notice as possible. No shows will be treated in the usual way and will be charged in full. In the event of inclement weather, Divine Health and Wellness reserves the right to close and cancel appointments for the safety of our clients. You will be notified by text or phone and as much notice as possible will be given.
