My name is Katrina and I am the founder of Divine Health & Wellness and an intuitive reflexologist and mindfulness teacher based in North Ruislip.
I am MAR qualified, fully insured and have full professional membership with The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I offer adults and children personalised reflexology treatments tailored to your specific needs, whether that be sleep issues, pregnancy and postnatal, migraines and headaches or self-care and relaxation. I am an accredited Baby Reflex and Toddler Reflex teacher offering courses and sessions to parents and caregivers either in small groups, 1:1 and online.
I am also a certified Happiness Facilitator, accredited by the Museum of Happiness and Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and a qualified Mindfulness Teacher, approved by The British Psychological Society (BPS) and a member of the Mindfulness Now licensed and accredited teachers network. I offer 1:1, group and online courses, sessions and workshops to adults, children and employers. Sessions aim to equip people with the tools and techniques to manage physical and emotional pain, emotional stress and anxiety and helping you to develop the skills needed to build emotional resilience and rewire your brain to enable participants to live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
